If you've never heard of Alan Watts this half hour may be a treat for you. It's 30 minutes from a 3 hour lecture. Though I don't know about his walk... this man really talks the talk. He goes into some beautiful subjects about life and thinking and how to live and it's not super dense and is without lots of big words. It'll make you laugh and his explanations of the Tao is nice and fun; nice and fun and in a scholarly English accent.
